Return Policy

Jadejewe™ accepts return requests for eligible items that meet our return conditions. If you need help with a return, please contact service@jadejewe.com before sending any item back.

Returned jewelry should be unused, unworn, undamaged, and kept with its original packaging whenever possible. Items with scratches, signs of wear, missing parts, altered condition, or damage after delivery may not qualify for return review.

For hygiene and product condition reasons, certain jewelry items may have special return limits. This may apply to earrings or other items that come into close contact with the body, depending on the condition and product type.

To begin a return request, please include your order number, item name, clear photos if there is an issue, and a short explanation. Jadejewe™ will review the request and provide the next available step. Please do not send items back without receiving instructions first.
